Mountain Living at Its Best
Woodland Hills is located at the southern end of Utah Valley, 8 miles south of Spanish Fork City.
Situated in the foothills of Loafer Mountain, spanning an elevation range of 5,300 to 7,000 feet, it's true mountain living here but still within easy driving distance to employment, educational, commercial, cultural and recreational attractions in the valley.
Our dense foliage, particularly Maple and Oak, is unique in Utah Valley and may be the major scenic attraction of living here. The trees provide a surprising degree of privacy and seclusion through much of the year.
Other advantages include clean air (above inversions) and sweeping views of Utah Valley -- all the way to Point of the Mountain and even to peaks on Antelope Island on clear days.
All age ranges are well represented in the Woodland Hills population - children, people still working in their careers, "empty nester" retirees.
Animals and birds like the area, too! Deer and wild turkeys roam freely through the city. Hawks, magpies, doves, blue jays, humming birds, the occasional pheasant, and other types of birds frequent the area. And more...
UTA busses from Spanish Fork and FrontRunner rail from Provo offer convenient and inexpensive transportation to Salt Lake City and beyond.
Springville / Spanish Fork Airport is 15 minutes away.
